During our stay at Mercure, my husband and I were delighted to discover the transformation of the hotel bar on weekends. The cozy ambiance on Saturdays and Sundays, converting it into a lively piano bar, added a touch of sophistication to our evenings. Located near several renowned dining spots like Brasserie Garderes and Maison Adam, the hotel's culinary experience was truly a highlight. Breakfast at Bar Plaza was a delightful affair, with a buffet spread that included cooked options like scrambled eggs and bacon. The simple yet satisfying breakfast was a perfect start to our days of exploration in the charming surroundings. The proximity to esteemed eateries like La Coupole and Etche Ona made our dining choices plentiful and convenient.Mercure's attention to detail and culinary innovation made our gourmet getaway a memorable one. We look forward to returning to indulge in the culinary delights once again.
